Bonheur ASA completed tap issue

Today, Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a NOK 150 million tap issue in its outstanding 5-year senior unsecured green bond issue due September 15, 2028 with ISIN NO 0013014688(the "Bonds"). Total outstanding amount under the Bonds following the tap issue is NOK 750  million. The tap issue was priced at 101% of par equivalent to spread to maturity of 2,74%. Reference is made to previous announcement in June 2021 on Ørsted joining the Bonheur ASA wholly owned subsidiary Fred. Olsen Renewables AS, now Fred. Olsen Seawind ASA, and Hafslund in partnership for offshore wind developments in Norway. Successful placement of senior unsecured green bonds

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 4 September 2023, regarding fixed income investor meetings commencing on 4 September. Today, Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a new senior unsecured green bond issue of NOK 600 million with maturity in September 2028. The bond issue was oversubscribed. Fred. Olsen Seawind’s Codling Wind Park project successful in the first offshore wind CfD auction in Ireland

Today Codling Wind Park has been provisionally announced by the auction administrator (Eirgrid) as a successful bidder in the first offshore wind CfD auction in Ireland (ORESS 1). Codling Wind Park submitted a bid for 1300 MW and the CfD award applies for the full capacity. Codling Wind Park is an offshore wind project under development in the Irish Sea, set in an area called Codling Bank, approximately 13-22 kilometers off the County Wicklow coast, between Greystones and Wicklow Town. The project is being developed by Codling Wind Park Ltd, a 50/50 joint venture between Fred.
