Enclosed please find protocol and presentation file from today’s Annual General Meeting in Bonheur ASA

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BonheurASA has today approved the financial statements and annual report of Bonheur ASA and the Group for 2007 and the Board`s proposal of an dividend of NOK 15.60 per share. The dividend is estimated to be paid on 11th June 2008 to shareholders registered as holding shares on the date of the AGM. As of 30th May 2008, the shares will be traded exclusive of dividend.
