Corrections regarding payment date of dividend and date for the Annual General Meeting

Reference is made to stock exchange announcements of today regarding Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Bonheur ASA and date for the Annual General Meeting disclosed on page 9 in the Report for the fourth quarter 2018 and preliminary year end accounts.

The correct date for Annual General Meeting is Tuesday 28 May 2019

The correct date for payment of dividend is Friday 7 June 2019.

In a meeting 11 February 2019, the Board of Directors resolved to propose for the annual general meeting an ordinary dividend for 2018 of NOK 4.00 per share. 

Dividend amount: 4.00 per share 

Declared currency: NOK 

Last day including right: 28 May 2019 

Ex-date: 29 May 2019 

Record date: 31 May 2019 

Payment date: 7 June 2019 

Date of approval: 28 May 2019
