AS Quatro together with AS Invento has on 3rd
July 06 acquired 322.640 shares in Bonheur ASA.

Following this acquisition Quatro AS together
with Invento AS will directly and indirectly own
20.508.972 shares in total corresponding to 50,3%
of the shares in Bonheur ASA.
Both of these companies are indirectly 100% owned
by the Fred.Olsen family and it is therefore the
aggregate holding as mentioned which dictates the
form in which this disclosure is made
