ELECTION OF MEMBERS TO THE SHAREHOLDERS’ COMMITTEE AND THE BOARD

At Bonheur ASA’s Ordinary Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2011 Christian Fredrik Michelet and Aase Gudding Gresvig were re-elected as members of the Shareholders’ Committee.

At the subsequent meeting of the Shareholders’ Committee Fred. Olsen, Anna-Synnøve Bye, Andreas Mellbye and Pauline Walsh were all re-elected as Directors of the Board.
