Extraordinary General Meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 12 February 2016 regarding the proposed merger of Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA (the "Companies"). The extraordinary general meeting to consider the proposed merger of the Companies will be held on Wednesday 16 March 2016 at 08:30 (CET) at the Companies’ offices in Fred. Olsens gate 2, Oslo.
