In a Board meeting 13 February 2020, the Bonheur Board of Directors, subject no diverging view being subsequently expressed  by the Shareholders’ Committee, resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2019 of NOK 4.30 per share, i.e.:
