In a Board meeting 18 February 2021, the Bonheur Board of Directors, subject no diverging view being subsequently expressed  by the Shareholders’ Committee, resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2020 of NOK 4.00 per share, i.e.: 

Dividend amount: 4.00 per share 

Declared currency: NOK 

Last day including right: 27 May 2021 

Ex-date: 28 May 2021

Record date: 31 May 2021 

Payment date: 7 June 2021

Date of approval: 27 May 2021
