In a Board meeting 28 February 2022 addressing preliminary 2021 year-end and 4th quarter results, the Bonheur Board of Directors correspondingly resolved, subject no diverging view being subsequently expressed by the Shareholders' Committee, to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2021 of NOK 4.30 per share, i.e.:
