Reference is made to notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange this morning by Fred. Olsen Energy ASA (FOE) regarding ongoing refinancing efforts by FOE.

Bonheur ASA, owning 51.9 % of the shares of FOE, will evaluate any participation in a potential refinancing of FOE subject always to the terms of any refinancing proposal.
