OCEANLINK LTD. - PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Oceanlink Ltd., Bermuda, in which Bonheur ASA
and Ganger Rolf ASA, indirectly (through First
Olsen Ltd.) hold a 57% owning interest, has
issued 2 million preferred shares in a private
placement. The new shares are issued at NOK
19.85 per share, with a 7% fixed dividend yield
and with a right of redemption after 3 years at
the issued price.Oceanlink Ltd., Bermuda, in which Bonheur ASA

Subsequent to this placement First Olsen Ltd.

anchor handling vessel and a container vessel.
