Bonheur ASA has purchased 584,800 shares in
Ganger Rolf ASA a price of NOK 185.00 per share.
Following the purchase, Bonheur ASA will own
18,606,132 shares in Ganger Rolf, representing
51.28% of the issued shares.

As Bonheur`s ownership in Ganger Rolf will
exceed 50% the accounting of the investment in
Ganger Rolf will change. Bonheur has previously
accounted for this investment as an associated
company, but from and including 4th quarter 2006
Ganger Rolf will be accounted for as a
consolidated subsidiary. This will be a
business combination under `common control` by
private Fred. Olsen-related shareholdings and
the consolidated accounts will be based on book
values. The company will prepare comparable
figures for previous periods.
