PURCHASE OF SUEZMAX TANKER

First Olsen Ltd. a company jointly owned by
Ganger Rolf ASA and Bonheur ASA, is announcing
that an agreement has to day been made to
purchase a Suezmax tanker built in 1998 at USD
76,5 million.
The vessel will be delivered within November
15th 2006.
