Result of bondholders' meeting

Reference is made to the attached notice from a meeting of the bondholders held today of (i) FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 12/19, (ii) FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 12/17, (iii) FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 14/19 and (iv) FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 14/21.

As will appear from the notice, the proposed resolutions were unanimously approved by the bondholders represented for the bonds FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 12/19, FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 14/19 and FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Open Bond Issue 14/21.

For FRN Bonheur ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 12/17, a sufficient quorum was not formed, and summons for a new bondholders' meeting will be distributed in due course.
