SALE OF SHARES IN TUSENFRYD

In addition to today`s previous notice to the
Stock Exchange, Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA
wish to advise additionally as follows:
The wholly owned subsidiary of Parques Reunidos,
which has acquired Bonheur and Ganger Rolf`s 50 %
shareholding in TusenFryd, has in the same
transaction in total acquired in excess of 90 % of
the shares in TusenFryd and will equally submit a
similar offer on NOK 29.00 per share to all of the
remaining shareholders.
