SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF SENIOR UNSECURED BONDS AND BUY-BACK

Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a new senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 500 million with maturity in November 2020. The bond issue was oversubscribed. In conjunction with the bond issue, Bonheur ASA has bought back approx. NOK 62 million of its BON03 bonds maturing 11 February 2019 (ISIN:NO0010635824) at 103.80% of par value and approx. NOK 293.5 million of its BON05 bonds maturing 09 July 2019 (ISIN:NO0010714520) at 101.57% of par value.

Danske Bank, DNB Markets and Swedbank acted as joint lead managers in connection with the placement of the new bond issue.

An application will be made for the bond issue to be listed on Oslo Børs.
