Summons to bondholders’ meetings

Bonheur ASA has called for bondholders' meetings for the bond issues "BON06" (ISIN NO0010714538), "BON07" (ISIN NO0010793565) and "BON08" (ISIN NO0010809577) to harmonize the equity ratio definition with the newly issued BON 09 (ISIN NO0010861313). The bondholders’ meetings will be held on 14 November 2019 at 13:00. Please see the attachment for further information.
