Supplemental note for the summon to the Annual General Meeting of Bonheur ASA

The share capital of Bonheur ASA amounts to  NOK 50,986,635 and is distributed on 40,789,308 registered shares each with a nominal value of NOK 1.25.

Each share provides the right to one vote at the company’s general meetings.

Shareholders who are prevented from participating at the company’s general meetings may vote by virtue of duly documented proxies.

Bonheur ASA owns no own shares (treasury shares).
