    Boule Diagnostics – Number of shares and votes

    The incentive program for senior management and key individuals implemented at the Annual General Meeting held on May 13, 2014 entitles, through the exercise of options, the holders to subscribe for new shares in the company during the second half of 2017. In total, the incentive program consists of 123,000 options which entitle the holders to one new share per option.   During the month of July, a total of 32,000 shares have been issued through the exercise of the incentive program’s options. Before the issue of new shares there were a total of 4,707,138 shares and votes in the company.

    Boule Diagnostics presents new financial targets and dividend policy

    The Boule Diagnostics board has resolved to revise the company's financial targets and to adjust the dividend policy. The financial targets that will apply effective today are: · An operating margin (EBIT-margin) above 15 percent. · Long term growth in sales above 10 percent per year. · Net debt (interest bearing debts minus cash and cash equivalents) no greater than three times operating profit (EBIT) on an annualized basis.     Boule Diagnostics AB has won two major public tenders in Egypt for around 200 hematology systems in total. Successive deliveries of the instruments will start in December 2016.     Boule Diagnostics AB has won a tender for 136 Medonic systems in partnership with one of its Indian distributors. The tender was in Uttar Pradesh, the most densely populated state in India with around 200 million inhabitants.
