Boultbee Holding AB today entered into negotiations for a management buyout of Swedish property management group EFM Holding AB.

Boultbee no longer has a requirement for a property management company in Sweden and have therefore decided to dispose of its interest in EFM Holding AB.

This follows the sale of shopping centres in Västerås in recent weeks and also the financial restructure of the 10 shopping centres in Stockholm known as the CK portfolio.

“The board of Boultbee have agreed to enter into negotiations for a management buyout and we expect to be able to make an announcement in a matter of weeks.”, says a Boultbee spokesperson.

EFM Sverige AB is one of the leading property management companies in Sweden and currently manages a portfolio of 66 properties, including 22 shopping centers. The total value of the portfolio under management is approximately 16Bn SEK which encompasses circa. 500,000 square meters of commercial retail space.
