BOULTBEE ANNOUNCES SALE OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP EFM HOLDING AB

Boultbee Holding AB today entered into negotiations for a management buyout of Swedish property management group EFM Holding AB.Boultbee no longer has a requirement for a property management company in Sweden and have therefore decided to dispose of its interest in EFM Holding AB.
