Brain+ announces a change in its Financial Calendar for 2024

Copenhagen, Denmark, April 29, 2024 – Brain+ A/S (Nasdaq First North: BRAINP) 

  • Brain+ will publish its Annual Report for 2023 on May 7, 2024  

  • On April 30, 2024, the company will issue an announcement of its un-audited Annual Financial Statements for 2023  


Brain+ A/S (‘Brain+’ or ‘the Company’) will publish its Annual Report for 2023 on May 7, instead of on April 30, 2024, as previously stated in the Financial Calendar on the Company’s website.  

The reason for the change in the publication date for Brain+’ Annual Report for 2023 is that the Company has an outstanding corporate matter, which needs to be clarified before the report can be finalized.  

On April 30, 2024, the Company will release an announcement of its un-audited Financial Statements for 2023.
