Brain+ announces a change in the Chief Financial Officer position
COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
- Hanne Leth Hillman, who has served as interim CFO since 1 May 2023, will continue in the role as the company’s new CFO
Copenhagen, Denmark, 9 January 2024 – Brain+ A/S (Nasdaq First North: BRAINP)
Brain+ A/S (“Brain+) announces that Hanne Leth Hillman, previous member of the company’s Board of Directors and who has served as interim CFO since 1 May 2023, has been appointed as new CFO of the company.
Hanne took over as interim CFO to cover for CFO Bertil Stengaard Jessen, who on 1 May 2023 went on a one-year leave of absence (see Company Announcement from 25 April 2023). Bertil will now be leaving Brain+ permanently with effect from 29 February 2024 to pursue other career opportunities outside the company.
Kim Baden-Kristensen, founder and CEO of Brain+, commented on the change:

At the same time, I am thrilled to have Hanne take on the CFO role for the longer term and continue the work she has done as interim, already raising the quality of the finance and administrative functions by lengths.”
Hanne Leth Hillman said on her appointment and decision to continue in the role as CFO:
