The pricing period for Brain+’s warrants of series TO 1 (BRAINP TO, ISIN: DK0061670551) is underway. These warrants will from October 17th to October 31st be exercisable into newly issued Brain+ A/S shares at a 30% discount to the volume-weighted average price of shares traded from October 3rd to October 14th, 2022.
