BrainCool has completed the final step in securing patent protection for its BrainCool System. The European Union has approved the technology for managing shivering during medical cooling, marking a milestone for BrainCool. BioStock: Financing agreement secures capacity increase in BrainCool

Recently, BrainCool entered into an exclusive distribution and partnership agreement with American ZOLL. The agreement included an initial order worth at least  100 million SEK. To secure the resources for the start of production of ZOLL's orders, the company also signed a financing agreement of up to 20 million SEK with two of BrainCool's major owners. BioStock: BrainCool comments on the cancer project in the US

With market approval and a breakthrough stamp in the US, BrainCool is approaching the commercial phase with Cooral System. CEO Martin Waleij tells BioStock that in parallel with possible fast track reimbursement processes, a clinical study will also be conducted in the U.S. to secure higher revenues in the long term. In addition, he sees opportunities for the studies, which the company is planning in collaboration with Medicare, to be financed through research grants. BrainCool AB (publ): Change in terms and conditions in warrants of series TO1, TO2 and TO3

On April 8, 2020, BrainCool announced that the company is conducting a directed rights issue comprising 1,550,000 shares at a price of SEK 2,77 per share.
