The record date for distribution of free warrants of series TO1 2017-2020 issued by BrainCool AB (publ) to its shareholders is December 15, 2017. The last day of trading in BrainCool’s share, including rights to the free warrants, is December 13, 2017. First day of trading excluding rights to the free warrants, is December 14, 2017.

The warrants are expected to commence trading on AktieTorget on December 20, 2017, under ISIN code SE0010713834. BrainCool distributes the warrants to its shareholders to minimize dilution from the financing agreement announced on November 23, 2017.
