The record date for distribution of free warrants of series TO2 2018-2021 issued by BrainCool AB (publ) to its shareholders is October 10, 2018. The last day of trading in BrainCool’s share, including rights to the free warrants, is December October 8, 2018. First day of trading excluding rights to the free warrants, is October 9, 2018.

The warrants are expected to commence trading on Spotlight Stock Market on October 12, 2018, under ISIN code SE0011762418. BrainCool distributes the warrants to its shareholders to minimize dilution from the financing agreement announced on November 23, 2017.
