Trading in warrants series TO1 2017-2020 commences on December 20, 2017

BrainCool AB’s warrants of series TO1 2017-2020 will commence trading on AktieTorget on December 20, 2017. The warrants were issued in conjunction with the convertible notes of series KV1 2017-2018, which BrainCool AB announced on November 23, 2017.

Terms of the warrants in brief:

-Series TO1 warrants will be listed for trading on AktieTorget on December 20, 2017.

-Holding of one (1) warrants of series TO1 entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at a price of 13.93 SEK.

-Subscription of shares on the basis of the warrants may take place during the following periods: ·

-21 May 2018 up until 4 June 2018

-21 November 2018 up until 4 December 2018

-21 May 2019 up until 4 June 2019

-21 November 2019 up until 4 December 2019

-21 May 2020 up until 4 June 2020

-20 November 2020 up until 4 December 2020

-Holders of warrants series TO1 2017/2020 for a total value of SEK 500,000 or more may always exercise the warrants for subscription of shares, i.e. from the date of listing to and including December 4, 2020.

-Warrants of series TO1 have ISIN code SE0010713834.
