Forte´ boosts support to franchise garages
Leading trade only treatments specialist Forte´ has boosted the support it offers to franchise garages by appointing a National Account Manager.
Addison Howe, who boasts 25 years experience in sales and customer service, will be the new face strengthening Forte´’s already positive relationship with the franchise trade as well as furthering the company’s excellent independent garage relationships.
Addison is no stranger to the Forte´ range of products after spending five years as a Regional Sales Manager for the central region. As a result, he already has extensive knowledge of the Forte´ brand, and has helped to drive sales of the company’s new DPF Cleaner and Regenerator in September 2011 and the latest Fuel Saver. He knows first hand how its products can help garages with profit opportunities.
“I am a very customer-focused person. It is my aim to help my customers make more profit and improve their own customer’s experiences through using Forte´ products. The best thing about the Forté product range is that garage owners can see the difference they make as soon as they use them – a difference passed onto their own customers,” said Addison.
