Microsoft has recognised the role that K3’s SYSPRO ERP solution is playing in improving cost efficiencies in the manufacturing sector. The software is featured in Microsoft’s “Global Outlook 2012-15: Microsoft Technology in Manufacturing and Resources” guide book, which was launched at the Microsoft worldwide Partner conference in Toronto in August 2012. Microsoft is also distributing the guide directly to its customers and at the many events the company holds throughout the year.

This guide to Microsoft solutions and partners in manufacturing and resources covers current and future Microsoft technologies and encourages end-user customer engagement with a select number of Microsoft solution providers.

We are delighted that our SYSPRO ERP solution is featured in Microsoft’s Technology in Manufacturing and Resources publication,” says Andy Latham, Managing Director at K3 Syspro. “This reinforces the fact that Microsoft sees SYSPRO as a valuable partner, particularly within the manufacturing sector. This is a global publication with a worldwide footprint and we are thrilled to have our product included in it.”

The extensive and successful use of workflow solutions within SYSPRO was one of the main reasons for its inclusion into the guide. SYSPRO Workflow Services enables businesses to streamline end-to-end business processes and create efficient interaction between SYSPRO and external applications. It provides users with the capability to design, orchestrate, manage and enable business processes through an easy-to-use user interface, allowing greater clarity, transparency and integration throughout all business processes.

Andy Latham added: “Manufacturers are looking at cutting costs and providing more effective services. These are elements that we incorporate into SYSPRO, later tailoring the solution to suit individual business needs. Having our product profiled in this Microsoft publication allows us to show our current and future clients that K3’S SYSPRO ERP solution is internationally recognised within the manufacturing sector.”
