Brighter announces that the subscription period for T06 will end on 1 November
Brighter AB (Publ) (the Company) announced today that the subscription period for Brighter's warrant T06 will end on November 1, 2021, in accordance with the applicable terms.
The Company has received questions from shareholders regarding the possibility of extending the subscription period. Following information from Aktiemarknadsnämnden and recommendations from a number of financial and legal advisers, the Board has chosen not to pursue this. The reason, in brief, is that the board does not believe changing the terms would be in accordance with generally acceptable behaviour in the securities market, because no special circumstances are prevailing.
The Board has also decided not to start the redemption process whilst the share price is lower than the subscription price, as it is not economically rational for shareholders to exercise the options in such circumstances. However, the company has been prepared, throughout the subscription period, to act quickly if circumstances were to change to the benefit of the shareholders before 1 November.
