Brighter AB (Publ) today attended a hybrid inauguration hosted by the Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia to Sweden.

In September, Brighter and Padjadjaran University signed a collaboration agreement to use Actiste®  Mini for a research project in two hospitals in West Java. To strengthen relations between the two countries and to introduce this important project, the Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia to Sweden, today hosted a ”hybrid” inauguration. Erik Lissner (acting CEO) attended from Sweden with the Indonesian Embassy and Johan Möller (Head of Sales & Marketing) attended from Indonesia at Padjadjaran University together with the Dean of Padjadjaran University, the head of West Java Health Agency, Medico, the leading provider of cloud-based healthcare-management systems in Indonesia and members from two hospitals. The Swedish ambassador to Indonesia attended virtually from Jakarta.

Brighter explained the background and expectations of the project along with future plans.

“Indonesia is a very exciting place for healthcare technology.  We see a technological development where rigid legacy systems do not slow innovation, and where there is an interest to leapfrog the adoption of smart solutions for health management. In today's discussions we were told that both Brighter and Sweden are seen as brands being in the forefront when it comes to digital healthcare technology” says Erik Lissner, acting CEO at Brighter.
