Brighter's Executive Chairman of the Board, Truls Sjöstedt, and the CEO, Henrik Norström, intend to subscribe for their respective shares in the share issue announced on November 18, 2019.

“With the necessary certifications finally in place, the company is in the midst of an exciting transition where we have shifted focus from solely development and preparation to sales, production and expansion. The structure of this offer, where the subscription price for the shareholders is low in relation to the market price, means that the shareholders are given an opportunity to defend their holdings and invest in the coming global commercialization in a cost-effective way, says Truls Sjöstedt, Brighter's founder and Executive Chairman.

The last day for trading including the right to participate is December 10, 2019. Each Brighter share held on the record day December 12 2019 entitles subscription of a new share for SEK 2.
