Brighter’s Private Placement of shares registered.
The Private Placement that Brighter AB (publ) issued and that was completed on April 29 has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
The shares will be delivered to the shareholders today.
Number of new shares issued: 4,556,418
Total number of shares after the issue: 45,937,263
Share capital after the issue: SEK 2,293,863,15
