At the Extraordinary General Meeting in Brighter AB (publ) on Friday July 31 2020, the following main resolutions were adopted.

For detailed information about the resolutions we kindly refer to the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting as well as the proposals which are available on the company’s website, www.brighter.se. 

The General Meeting resolved that the Board shall consist of five directors elected by the meeting.

The General Meeting resolved that Emilie Erhardt Winiarski, Hab El Assaad, Sofia Landström, Åsa Sjöblom Nordgren and Truls Sjöstedt shall be elected as Directors of the Board.

The newly elected board will decide who will hold the chairmanship. Former Chairman of the Board Truls Sjöstedt has declined to take up the position as Chairman of the Board again.

The General Meeting resolved that the fee to the directors for the coming term, shall amount to SEK 300,000 for the Chair of the Board and SEK 150,000 to each of the other directors elected by the meeting. Truls Sjösdedt has declined to receive the directors fee moving forward.  In addition, each member of the compensation committee and audit committee shall receive an additional SEK 20,000.
