The publication of Brighter's year-end report 2017 is moved from February 23 to March 23 due to implementation of a new accounting principle (IFRS). The change is being made in order to prepare the company for a transfer to a regulated marketplace.

– Our ambition is to become a leading player in the global market, and we intend to strengthen the company in all ways necessary to achieve this. Switching to the IFRS accounting principle is a part of our preparations to meet the requirements for transferring from Nasdaq First North to a regulated market such as Nasdaq's main list. A list change to a regulated market opens up for new types of investors, such as institutional investors and international stakeholders, while also strengthening the stock’s liquidity, says Truls Sjöstedt, Brighter's CEO and founder.

Additionally, the company is moving the publication of the Interim Report January-March 2018 from April 20 to May 15, 2018.
