Registration of Brighter TO3 will be completed shortly - the interim shares are eligible to vote at the AGM

Those who participated in the final subscription period for Brighter TO3 in April 2020 have received Interim Shares (IA) pending conversion to ordinary shares. These Interim Shares are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2020. Registration of the matter and the conversion to ordinary shares is expected to be finalized shortly.
