    On 5 June 2026 B Treasury Capital AB’s ("BTC AB" or the "Company”) announced a rights issue of maximum 195,078 preference A shares (“BTC PREF”) with preferential rights for existing Class B shareholders at a subscription price of SEK 120.00 per BTC PREF (the "Rights Issue").
