Conversion of the Company’s organization, new Company name and election of new auditor

It has been decided to convert the BWG Homes Group from public limited liability company to limited liability company, and the company name is changed to BWG Homes AS.

The general meeting has also decided to elect PwC as new auditor for the BWG Homes Group.
