Minutes of the Annual General Meeting BWG Homes ASA
The Annual General Meeting of BWG Homes ASA was held on 22 May 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Vika Atrium Conference Centre, Oslo. All proposals on the agenda were adopted according to the proposals from the Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee.
The shares will be traded ex. dividend as from 23 May 2014, and the approved dividend of NOK 0.25 per share will be paid out on 3 June 2014 to shareholders per 22 May 2014.
