SIGNIFICANT EVENTS APRIL-JUNE2018  

  • 52 new homes in Östersundand Växjö were completed during the second quarter. 

SIGNIFICANT EVENTS AFTER THE REPORT PERIOD  

  • The senior secured bondholders have approved amended and restated terms and conditions of the bonds. Funding from all third parties i.e. not only from respectable banks was approved.
  • Jesper Widfeldt was appointed Head of Finance and Johanna Clason is leaving Bygga Bostäder to take on the position as CFO at a bank.
