Byggmax Group cancels proposal of dividend of SEK 1.16 per share
The Board of Directors of Byggmax Group has decided to withdraw the previously communicated proposal to the Annual General Meeting concerning dividend of SEK 1.16 per share, in total 71 MSEK.
Byggmax Group’s business has until today not experienced any material negative impact related to the outbreak of Covid-19 (the Corona virus). However, the Board’s decision has been made in the light of the prevailing conditions and current uncertainty regarding possible future economic effects.
