Anna Söderblom elected to the board of directors of Cabonline
An extraordinary general meeting of Cabonline AB (publ) on 5 November 2018 decided in accordance with the tabled proposal to elect Anna Söderblom to the board of directors for the period until the conclusion of the next AGM.
The Board of Directors was thereby increased from four to five members; consisting of Jon Risfelt (Chair), Carl Harring, James Mitchell, Anna Söderblom and Andreas Rosenlew. The EGM also decided to set new levels of remuneration for board and committee work.
Anna Söderblom is active as a teacher and affiliated researcher at the Stockholm School of Economics, specialising in the financing of startups. She is the Chair of the Board of Advenica AB and a director of Poolia AB, BTS Group AB, Almi Företagspartner AB, Länsförsäkringar Liv Försäkringsaktiebolag and Midway Holding AB.
Born in 1963, Anna Söderblom has a BSc in mathematics from Lund University and a PhD in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. Anna was previously technical support manager and marketing director at Microsoft Nordic, marketing director at PostNord Letters and investment manager at venture capital firm Industrifonden. Anna Söderblom has previous boardroom experience at Svenska Spel AB, Bong AB, Bredbandsbolaget AB, Avega Group AB and the Swedish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
