Cabonline acquires Taxi 10000
Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) with its subsidiaries (“Cabonline”) has entered into an agreement with TransportIT Group AB to acquire Taxi 10000 AB. By increasing our presence in Mälardalen, Cabonline strengthens its position as the leading company in the Nordic taxi market.
The acquisition includes Taxi 10000 in Trosa, Eskilstuna Taxi, Taxi Flen and Sverigetaxi Katrineholm which today operate together under the joint brand and trademark Taxi Samtrans Sörmland. In total, the business operations consist of 75 vehicles, which saw a turnover of approx. SEK 66 million in 2017.

Via the acquisition, the offer to customers from Taxi 10000 will be integrated into Cabonline’s existing offering of services. The business activities will also be coordinated with Cabonline’s operations in Region Öst, where Per Wadstedt is the CEO.
