Cabonline considers issuing new senior secured notes in conjunction with a potential early redemption of existing senior secured notes with maturity in June 2020

In order to refinance Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ)’s (“Cabonline” or the “Company”) existing SEK 1,550m senior secured notes with maturity in June 2020, Cabonline has mandated Carnegie Investment Bank and Pareto Securities to arrange a series of investor meetings with the purpose of exploring the possibility of issuing new senior secured notes. Subject to market conditions, a SEK denominated senior secured bond loan may follow.
The Company has also, as stipulated by a separate release, issued a conditional call notice for the Company’s outstanding senior secured notes. The conditions of the call notice include i.a. the successful completion of the contemplated issue of new senior secured notes.
In conjunction with the above mentioned investor meetings, the Company will hold a company presentation which includes selected operational information that has not previously been disclosed to the market (including information in relation to planned investments and B2P KPIs).
