Cabonline Group announces the sale of its operations in Denmark
Cabonline Group, the leading taxi company in the Nordics, announced today that it has reached an agreement to sell its operations in Denmark to the Danish taxi company Taxa Syd Gruppen.
The sale of Taxi 4x27 in Denmark to Taxa Syd is part of Cabonline's strategic business plan to focus on operations in Finland, Norway, and Sweden and maximizes value for all stakeholders. Taxa Syd will acquire Cabonline Denmark ApS and Taxi 4x27 A/S and continue to operate the businesses.

- The sale of Cabonline's operations in Denmark will be carried out in close collaboration with Taxa Syd to ensure a smooth transition for our customers, drivers, transporters, employees, and other stakeholders, adds Thomas RB Petersen, Managing Director of Cabonline Denmark.
In the acquisition, Taxa Syd Gruppen will take over all Cabonline's employees, contracts and operations in Denmark as of February 29, 2024.
