Cabonline Group Holding convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting

Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) ("the Company") today announces that shareholders in the Company will be summoned to an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday 18 January 2022 following a proposal from the main owner. The background to the Extraordinary General Meeting is the election of a new Board member and a new Chairman of the Board until the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

James Mitchell, currently board member and Chair of the Board, has informed the main shareholder H.I.G Capital that he is making his seat available.

John Harper is proposed as new chair of the board of Cabonline. John has been a member of the board of since 2020 and is representing H.I.G Capital.

Richard Dunn, a director at H.I.G.'s London operations and a member of the team supporting Cabonline is proposed as a new board member.

The proposal entails, that the board consists of John Harper (board member since 2020), Anna Söderblom (board member since 2018) and Richard Dunn (newly elected board member). The Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022, at 11:00 on the premises of Setterwalls Advokatbyrå, at Sturegatan 10 in Stockholm.

Born in 1972, John Harper leads H.I.G. Europe’s lower middle market private equity practice in the UK, Scandinavia and the Netherlands and has a total of 25 years of experience in private equity investments. Before joining H.I.G. he was a partner at Infexion with additional experience from senior positions within Duke Street and LDC.

Richard Dunn is director of H.I.G. Europe's London office, having joined the firm in 2015, and has a total of 10 years’ experience in private equity investments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was part of the deal team at Terra Firma Capital Partners. Richard began his career at Rothschild & Co and holds a First Class BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics.
