Cabonline issues SEK 1,650 million of senior secured sustainability-linked floating rate notes

Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") issues four-year senior secured sustainability-linked floating rate notes with an initial amount of SEK 1,650 million (the "New Notes").

The New Notes will have a floating interest rate of 3m STIBOR plus 9.50 per cent. per annum and will mature in April 2026. The issuance date is set to occur on 19 April 2022. The issue proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, including the up to SEK 2,200,000,000 (out of which SEK 1,800,000,000 is outstanding) senior secured floating rate notes 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0013409398 (the "Existing Notes"), as well as to finance general corporate purposes. The Company will as part of the refinancing use the proceeds from the New Notes to repurchase certain Existing Notes and the Existing Notes not repurchased by the Company will be redeemed on the redemption date on 28 April 2022, subject to satisfaction of the Condition (as defined in the conditional notice of early redemption dated 24 March 2022).

The issuance of sustainability-linked notes represents an important milestone for the Company, confirming its long commitment to sustainability and ambitious targets going forward. Cabonline has linked the New Notes to the outcome of three sustainability goals that are aligned with the Company’s ambitious sustainability strategy.

The Issuer intends to list the New Notes on Frankfurt Open Market and Nasdaq Sustainable Bond Market.
