Changes in the board of Cabonline Group Holding

Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) ("the Company") announces that John Harper has been appointed chair of the board of directors and Richard Dunn as member of the board at an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday 18 January.

The Extraordinary General meeting of Cabonline Group Holding AB elected John Harper as new Chairman of the board (board member since 2020), Anna Söderblom (board member since 2018) and Richard Dunn (newly elected board member).
