New interim CFO and changes in the management team of Cabonline

For a week now, Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen has been CEO of Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) and today, changes in the management team are presented. Petter Lindkvist will be the new interim CFO in a slimmed management team. The pandemic has hit the taxi industry hard. With these changes, Cabonline reduces costs to meet the lower demand, and prepares the company for further development to create new business post-Corona.

- Tough times require tough decisions. We are an offensive company in an industry that will not look the same after the crisis. By reducing the management team, we reduce necessary costs and become more efficient. Together with my team, and employees, transporters, and drivers, we now have a good starting point to take the next step in Cabonline's development, says Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen, President and CEO of Cabonline.

The new group management in Cabonline consists of:
Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen, President and CEO
Kalle Boumedienne, Deputy CEO and Head of Sweden, Finland, and Denmark
Petter Lindkvist, interim CFO
Charlotta Weigel, Head of Customer Service

In addition, Johan Pellbäck has been appointed Head of IT and Ulf Samell Head of Marketing and Communication, as staff functions.

As a consequence of the changes, the former Head of HR, Head of IT, CFO and SVP Group Communications will leave Cabonline in the end of the year.
